For 35 years, The Village Retirement Group has been undertaking construction developments around South East Queensland. The Village Retirement Group comprises 1200 retirement units presently being developed within a 5km radius of Brisbane’s CBD.

Project Design Brief

During planning, it was decided that most of the community facilities would be constructed during the first stage of the project where electrical infrastructure was required .

ACO's Solution

ACO configured a 24 part multi-part Rhinocast® access cover for a substation in a basement so that each cover met minimum weight requirements. In addition ACO also supplied designers with rebate drawings customised for the suspended concrete slab design.
